Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, simply click on the item you want "add to cart" and after you have selected all the items you want then click "view cart" and you will go to a secure online payment page where you fill in your credit card details.
The preferred way of payment is via PayPal, but you can also use your credit card.

How is my order packed?

Your order will be packed in standard protective packaging which will normally include a cardboard outer, bubble wrap and polystyrene filling.

Can you deliver to an address different to my home?

Yes, in your shopping bag you can choose the address to which the product will be delivered.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 5-7 working days to most continents via airmail, but some items may take longer.
We use EMS couriers which normally deliver the item to your door or in some causes to your nearest post office.
Your post office will either drop the item off in your mail or if it's too large they will send you a slip for collection.

 What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary according to the weight of the product and the destination.
Your average pricing will be $25 per larger parcel plus $7 for every 500g thereafter for airmail, this is for your bigger heavier items.
The smaller lighter items under 1 kg that can fit into a bubble wrap envelope usually costs us about $2 per envelope and $2.6 per 100g thereafter.
We use the EMS courier service which is fractionally more expensive than the normal postal airmail service but is allot more reliable and faster.

Can I track my order?

The courier provides a fully traceable delivery system. When an order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes an order tracking code.

Is your website safe to shop with?

Yes, PayPal is the safest most reliable way to shop on the web.

All Payments are made on a secure server, using your credit card on our website is 100% secure. We do not see your credit card details.

How long have you been in business for?

We have been in business since the year 2000 and have grown allot over the past few years.

What if my item is damaged or I want a refund?

We will gladly give you a refund if your item got damaged or if you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase as long as you can ship the item back to us and will allow us to deduct the freight charges from your purchase.
